Founded by Lian Gabilo, Gabilo Legal is led by a Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Lian assists clients with Small Claims Court disputes, Landlord & Tenant Board matters, and skip tracing across Ontario.

With a background in high-stakes civil litigation. Lian is currently a litigation paralegal for a principal lawyer in a commercial litigation law firm. She supports both collection matters and complex disputes, gaining experience in legal drafting, case management, and advocacy through various litigation and Highway Traffic Act matters. She works closely with counsel on active litigation files and brings that experience into her paralegal practice.

Lian brings a diverse legal background, having worked at a prominent criminal law firm representing Police Associations across Canada, where she law clerked for the firm’s civil litigation team and gained hands-on experience in complex legal drafting, case management, and trial preparation.

She was also mentored under the instruction of a founding member of the LTB, providing her with practical insight into tribunal processes and best practices.
